I think this is actually the best answer. antibiotics need to be given out less strictly. Too many people use them and don't even finish the course because the think they are cured half way through. My doctor hates prescribing them unless necessary.

Probably a war with all the power people have, and or our galaxy colliding with Andromeda before 4 bill years; its estimated that it will happen a lot sooner then you think because our galaxy is expanding faster and faster, and is accelerating
