so just got my 10 comp wins and got master guardian 2 as my first rank if this good.

That's way too high for a starting rank, long back when I first started out, getting into those ranks was much harder but all the ban waves has opened up slots in higher ranks. You could say its pretty good, yes.

Its good that you have placed oput of the silver ranks but the question is can you keep up with that rank?

yeah thats pretty decent, i started off at Nova master but got upto DMG/Eagle in 60/80 wins. (Casual player)

Getting higher ranks is easier now, I started off in Nova 2, but that was my first time ever playing a PC game. But yeah starting out that's aight. DMG is about average, Anyone below Global you can assume is bad though.

Completely incorrect. DMG is not the average for a person who is new to the game and is just completing their first 10 wins. DMG is the average rank of the general CSGO population. Also, "Anyone below Global you can assume is bad though." is also a lie. I'm global and I have played against LEM's and Supreme's who are INSANE.
