Get your OS from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Should be around the £400 mark, total.
If you want to stick with the i3, I'd get this instead;

£30 cheaper, no point getting DDR3 with Skylake IMO. Just get DDR4 with Skylake, if that's your choice.
260x and 370 are pretty similar, performance wise. 380 is a big improvement over the 260x, and 370.

I wouldn't get the 860K to be honest, its not brilliant and if you did want to upgrade to something more powerful your options would be limited.

That's why I suggested an i3 option as well. 860k+380 is going to out-perform an i3+370 in a lot of games though, plus it's unlocked. Not that that would be enough to sway the decision, but means OP can introduce himself to OC'ing fairly easily, something I'd have liked on my first rig.

Hmm perhaps the overclocking may be tempting but it wouldn't be grounds for me to go that way. Perhaps an i3 and the extra on an unlocked motherboard would allow the OP to upgrade to a K part in the future as its almost certain they'd get tired of the i3/860K whatever games they play.

The overclocking would still be a factor in my decision. How soon OP would be able to upgrade could also sway his decision. If it's going to be a good while before an upgrade, I'd probably be more inclined to stick with the 860k, save, and upgrade to a newer socket i5/i7 in the future, when OP is ready for all of the vageen he wants.

The main thing for me is the big picture scenario again, yes the 860K might be better performing now but once the OP finds out how easy it is to build and upgrade then its likely not going to be long before more money finds its way into computing.
These days I just don't see many applications for AMD processors...i3's perform better than you'd think if you use them for gaming.
