Depends what kind of fan you are dude i could get more hours out of
fallout 4 than BO3 but then its different for others i would say
go with fallout 4 defiantly a game worth playing and it has
replay-ability

Which do you prefer, a single player game with tons of things to do, or a multiplayer game? I'd say that as far as single player games go, the only games better than a fallout game is an elder scrolls game.

Like blowing shit up, destroying bodies, looting, questing, progressing your character (Streamlined but its ok), and not being evil (Up yours Bethesda)? Play fallout 4

They arent largely different as fallout 4 reminded me more of say borderlands with its focus on good gunplay and looting (Junk, legendary weapons and armor, etc). I have 98 hours in the game, its good. I liked Fallout 2 and Newvegas much more but I digress, Fallout 4 is a good game for what it is, not what it isnt.

I would say yes, but its mostly your personal preference. If you like a game mostly focused no Multiplayer, and a first person shooter, then COD. Then if you like a free roam story based role playing game, then its Fallout. My personal preference is Fallout 4.
