Should do fine. I think BO3 is poo, so probably have to turn some settings down for 60FPS, or get drops under 60 at ultra.
If it's not already built, you could do a bit better.

You'll want to add an HDD for mass storage asap. Or, drop the SSD and just get a 1TB HDD. You'll also want to get an aftermarket cooler, something cheap will do fine for now, until you can upgrade to something better and OC. Even if you have an old intel stock cooler, it should work fine for now.
If you've already got that rig, you're going to definitely want to upgrade to a better cooler on the 4690k.
