Is anyone having this problem? Mine says connecting to online service downloading: then the percent gets higher then just resets and keeps doing that over and over

XB1 also.

Try resetting your router or unplugging your xbox.

It's most likely your connection ,

I'm playing on 360 and I'm playing just fine !
Just reset your routier

Hard reset your console should do it, it will clear the cache.
