No, if you want to mod just buy a 3.55 CFW or get yours downgraded. USB Modding and Fake PKG's are a waste of your time. If you want to buy a good CFW I suggest you message Rodent_Modz.

250$ for one? ( 160GBP )

I can get a second hand ps3 for about 60GBP.

Ill just have to find someone who can jailbreak them near me.

With a downgraded PS3 you will need to set it up yourself. Since you are inexperienced make sure you follow directions step for step. Bricking(Black Screen/Breaking) a PS3 is as easy as plugging in a USB with corrupted files. So make sure to take your time and do it right. If you need help feel free to message me.
