i bought it walmart without any second thoughts thinking it would work right out the box....which it did but only the audio can be heard, the mic is not working.

i also have realtek if that matters, also do i need a splitter cord for audio and the mic?

also running windows10

so it seems like my mic is too quiet any fix for this?
