I was just wondering if anyone could help me? I have got some vouches on my post and would like to put them in my topic, i have cropped the photos and they are saved on my desktop but i dont know how to get them onto the actual topic

You gotta upload them to an image hosting site first.
For example, I use postimage. Once you upload it, you get a URL that ends with the image's file extension (PNG, JPEG etc). You use that link and paste it in between
[img] LINK [/img]
or click the image icon when making a topic.
