That doesn't mean its legitimate, it means it is either a paid placement or affiliated site.

And for windows 10, I learned yesterday that you can actually download windows 10 files for free off of microsoft site ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) and put it on a flashdrive. With the new November update released, you can now use windows 8.1 + 7 keys (Genuine unused keys) to activate windows 10 on new computers. They are actually legit, and I have bought 2 and got em within 10 minutes.
