Going to need a bit more info than that. It would help if you answer the following.
What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Depends on how much you can spend.
Keyboards: Corsair K70, CM Quickfire TK, Ducky Shine 4
Mice: Corsair M45, Logitech G502, Razer DeathAdder 2013, CM Storm Xornet
I have had the K70 and I have the M45 currently, I absolutely love both of them. The K70 is quite pricey however.

I'd go with Dan's build if it was my money however I wouldn't suggest any LGA2011 system because the PCIe lanes you get with that platform over LGA1151 really isn't worth the extra money.
That and just because the budget is £1500, it doesn't mean you have to spend all of it.

Use a cheap mouse.
£100 extra for some unneeded PCIe lanes with a PSU that only supports 2-way SLI?
As you're livestreaming X99 would be handy, the price difference between X99 and Skylake really isn't that much imo.
Either get this (if you don't mind spending close to your budget);

Or this (if you wanted to save a bit of money);

And this KB+Mouse [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
"£20 Keyboard+Mouse don't belong in a £xxx rig"
Obviously a nicer mechanical keyboard and nicer mouse are preferable, but it is stupid to spend ~£150 on a Keyboard and Mouse when that chunk of money will make a real difference in the build. Peripherals are luxuries, not necessities
