I don't understand why anyone would want to use a controller on PC, for anything other than maybe some racing games.
Don't use a controller. Git gud with a mouse.

I wonder how a controller would even work. Learning the spray pattern of a AK on a controller would be nuts

You would never see someone playing even mediocre compared to most people with a controller on csgo. Sure, people may prefer controllers for call of duty or single player games, but a truly competitive multiplayer game that relies on aim will not be played well at all with a controller.

I would never use a controller on cs.... My friend just mentioned to me that he used one, I was just curious if anyone else had experience with it. He tells me its easier, but i highly doubt it.

It would be harder because if you have used a keyboard for all your gaming and decide one day to switch it is going to be hard, and with the precision a mouse has over a joystick is just unmatched, Plus having to pull out grenades with the click of a key is easier as well.

Just saying but Formal who currently plays Pro COD for optic gaming has played with a controller the majority of his career firstly in Halo then COD yet he has the skills with mouse and keyboard to play for a tier 2/3 CSGO team and tier 3/4 LOL team
