I am gonna go with PS4 as I just always loved playstation but if I am ever gonna start modding I pick xbox what do u think?

Yeah I have a PS4 and it's great, i love it.
Regards to modding i think that Xbox is more popular and is easier i believe but you can only mod on the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3

The question is PS4 games or Xbox One games that's what a console is for mainly so look at exclusives then pick what you want.

First of all, what's the point of this post if you've already picked a console?
Secondly, you can't mod on next gen consoles.
Finally, i'd get an xbox one.
