How did the disk break?
Did it get stuck inside the xbox?

Like what happened exactly?

Yup, shitty plastic drives and readers, different from the metal in the OG and Elite 360. Happened to me in 2012 and sent it to microsoft and then I found the light....

It just quits and re opens the tray?

If thats it , then just leave the Xbox alone for
a couple of minutes , then try again.

I honestly don't know about that dude ,
I've only dealt with when my tray got stuck.

Try a Dust Cleaner to use into the Xbox.
A lot of bust probably got inside
