I just wanted to rant about how terrible my all around experience was at newegg. It started with me ordering a PC case that I quickly decided I wanted a better one within minutes after ordering. I tried to cancel my order before my card was charged and they wouldn't let me so I just lived with it. Now over a week later my package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago, but they use this small sh**ty shipping company to ship their packages in the LA area and they keep skipping my house for deliveries. I have tried talking to the customer support only for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do for another couple of weeks. I just wanted to warn everyone to stay away from newegg!

I've ordered a lot of parts from newegg, and I never had any issues. I've had to cancel my order, and I was never told I couldn't cancel my order before it wasn't shipped. All my products came on time, or if there was a delay I would be notified.

Because of one terrible experience is not a reason to avoid Newegg completely. My family and I have been using Newegg for 8+ years and have only had one bad experience but it was due to FedEx running my package over, Not Neweggs fault. I recommend giving them another chance in the future.

I've used newegg for 1,000's of dollars worth of parts and never had any issues. The customer support was great. I'd like to recommend going down to the shipping company in your area that has your package and picking it up by hand. They should let you so long as you bring ID and such. Honestly would have to say don't let this trash your relationship with a company because they are one of the better PC part stores for the US.

I have ordered all my computer parts from there + additional parts and I have never had any problems

I am sorry to hear about your incident, but this is not neweggs fault tbh. I have ordered tons of parts off newegg and I have never had any problems! Like the guys above me said you should give it a second chance later on if you change your mind.

I've never had a bad experience with newegg. I have to return something right now and they were really professional about it aswell as the past few times I've ordered from them. Sorry to hear this tho.

Newegg is great only thing I don't like is how sometimes I purchase things and they get cancelled for fraud, even it is me.

Used Newegg to purchase all of my parts for my current PC as well as many other items and never had a problem with them at all.

New egg has always been good to me.
