I'm not a huge PC guy, I only ever used my old PC for playing games like Rust, Arma 2, Dayz etc. I mostly play Xbox so I wasn't planning on buying any big games like GTA V, Fallout and those other big graphical games, but I wanted to get back into the games previously mentioned as well as Arma 3.
Now, I'm not a whiz on all the PC specs, and from what I've read in most cases, processors like Intel are the best option for maximum performance in gaming, but the new PC I'm about to get has the following specs (will be listed below), and I wanted you guys to let me know if I should make an upgrade or keep what's there. Like I said, I'm most likely not going to get into all the big games, just the ones mentioned, and I wouldnt mind if it could only run on medium to high with a good framerate.
Specs:
CPU: AMD A8-7650K Quad-Core Black Edition CPU, Unlocked, 3.3GHz, Max Boost 3.8GHz
Motherboard: All-in-one A88X Chipset FM2+ Motherboard with SATA3 6Gb/s & USB 3.0
Major Big Brand: ASUS / Gigabyte / Asrock / MSI
RAM: 8GB DDR3 Memory/RAM PC-12800 (1600MHz) with Life-time Warranty
Major Big Brand: Crucial / G.Skill / Kingston / ADATA
Video card: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics 4K Ultra HD HDMI DirectX 11
HDD: 3.5" 1TB / 1000GB SATA III 6Gb/s 7200rpm HDD (Seagate / Western Digital / Toshiba)
Like I've said, I really wouldn't worry if I couldnt run a game on maximum graphics option and performance, so if you guys think this will do, I'll list some games below that I plan on playing in the future, and maybe you guys could say if it would run them well. To name a few:
Rust (2.0 version)
Arma 2 OA (Epoch/DayZ)
Arma 3 (Altis maybe)
War Thunder
Maybe DayZ standalone, I own it already but never got in to it
Another maybe is Just Cause 3, I've heard that its been having so many issues on console that I thought I would consider it on PC
If you can, please let me know if you think I could run those games well and how well on my new PC.

Thanks guys.

I am now going to ask the obvious question of: Do you really need to buy pre-built, can you not build?

Just to be clear, the PC I linked is in Australian currency, so it's equivalent to around $380USD. I only want to play the games I mentioned at the moment, so thats why Im not buying a beast of a build. I might upgrade in the future, but right now I dont want to.

Arma Games are very heavy on the CPU, so if you want to play that I suggest a good CPU and GPU.

If you build a PC you will get better specs for the price you pay.

I don't see you running those kind of games with any worthwhile settings. They are incredibly taxing to run.
My setup is far, far better and it still struggles with games such as DayZ. You would be pretty much running on minimum settings.
You could handle Warthunder easily and, at a push, Rust on low settings.
Just so you know how ridiculous the ebay post is, the R7 series cards are NOT going to handle 4K at all. They are low-mid level cards. I'd be surprised if you managed 10fps at such resolutions.
