What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Your OS is Windows, Linux, etc. Whatever you use. I would recommend downloading Windows for free, but if you have to buy it, get it from G2A, or Reddit.
This is a solid build, but the GPU only has 2GB of RAM. This one has 4GB, and is $10 cheaper after the MIR. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Get this build unless you want to use your TV.
If you can use your TV you can get an i5 .

Just out of curiosity, how is the Skylake i5 better than the Athlon X4 860K? The 860K has an entire extra GHz of processing power, and they're both quad cores.

Skylake has much better per core performance.
Plus, the 2gb is just as good as the 4gb GPU. Same performance.

What about it makes the core performance better? And how would twice the RAM not have an impact on the performance of the GPU? Hope you don't feel I'm berating, just trying to expand my knowledge on the subject.
