Okay I got black ops 3 for Xbox 360 and I got all the way up to level 44 if I switch over to Xbox one does that mean I had to restart my levels on this account

Yes i do not think anything transfers over consoles

Levels do not carry on from last gen to current gen consoles. You will have to restart.
