Alright let me start off saying this is a computer ive been using for little over a year now my mate built it in 2013 november. Anyways its a good computer never had any problems with it worked fine until one day in september my fiancee started the free upgrade to windows 10 she didnt know any better mind her. I told her to quickly cancel it but it had already started and she just immediately powered down the pc instead. After which it would not boot. I should also not the computer was dual booted on windows 10 and windows 7. seperate harddrives. So i waited about a month and took a look and see if I could fix it. oddly enough I got 2 BSOD errors one of which was pfn list corrupt the other was something to do with the harddrive kernal.I tried to repair windows 7 wouldnt work. Tried to start normally and it reset itself tried to then start in safe mode froze the pc. Eventually reinstalled completely to factory settings using a burned copy of windows 7 everything was great except I couldnt update my computer because it said it had no network drivers. So this time I used my legitimate recovery disk and installed and got the same problem. Took it to a pc repair shop got a diagnosis they said both hard drives were failing. Said they could fix and replace for 295 dollars. I politely declined and went and bought my own harddrive. Well still couldnt get it to boot period. After a while and failing numerous times trying to boot from CD the blank harddrive I was able to boot from the CD via uefi in the bios settings. I installed windows 7 and thought everything was okay. So it said wait for the pc to restart or restart myself. So i waited for it to restart. After about 20 minutes of looking at a black screen waiting for it to power off I believe it may of may not of froze so i powered down. I guess that was a mistake because when I booted back up it either freezes or does what it does before. OR IF IT DOES give me a menu it says start in safe mode safe mode with command prompt and then with networking. or start normally or start from most recent successful start up. None of which work. So I clicked start up repair and waited and went through everything and it said windows cant fix the problem gave me a diagnosis. went thought the hardware said nothing is wrong then went through the files and said there was a problem during set up. Which was probably caused by me when i powered down waiting for the restart I dont know to be honest. Now im going to post a few pictures of some of the errors i got when starting up and the error during the repair process. On another note I am sorry for this jumble of text and any grammar errors.

It's quite hard to know definitely what is up with your PC without it being right next to me. I'll try to help you do some basic troubleshooting, but that's really the best I can do.
Since you've stated that you bought a new HDD, it's not a big chance that it is the culprit, however I can't be sure.
Are you able to access the Command Prompt within startup repair? That will give us a good way to troubleshoot.

You mentioned that when you reinstalled Windows networking drivers weren't installed...thats totally normal and you'd need to use the manufacturers motherboard disc to install those. Or use a USB to install em.

Well now I just got a complete new BSOD Doesnt say the cause but does give me the stop error which is 0x0000007E as which at the bottom it says ACPI.sys - Address FFFFF8800102b5ba
That was trying to boot from the install DISK
While trying to boot in safe mode in any of the options when it loads files it freezes at Loaded: \Windows\system32\DRIVERS\disk.sys
Second time trying to boot from cd gives me the option Windows Setup [EMS Enabled] As well as to specify an advanced option for this choice press F8.

Are you able to load startup repair? If so, can you load up the Command Prompt from startup repair?

thats what i'm trying to do I dont recall how I got into start up repair before however. Now after going through the options with safe mode and others when I restart my pc one of two of the following happens it says no keyboard detected and starts windows normally which again causes it to freeze or two there will be no display when I start up. Ill keep trying and update when I get somewhere I guess.

Try to load Windows 7 (from your HDD), and press F8 just as it starts to load to get you into the 'Advanced Boot Options'. This should give you an option for you to boot into Startup Repair. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] should help you. You might also want to try some other options on there to see if your PC will boot.
