At the bottom of each post theres a little button that looks like this:
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
once you have clicked on that button you are able to choose if you want to give +REP or -REP,you can only give 10 Reps a day so make it count.The more Rep you give the more respect you will earn with other TTG members.You can only give as much Rep power you have.

How Do I Earn Rep Power?
To earn reputation power is fairly simple,
1.Make useful post(such as "TUTs" and "How to's")
2.Do not spam,troll,flame,or ask for rep.
3.You may be able to give rep and wish to receive rep back,but again you may NOT ask for rep.
4.Every 26 posts will earn you 1 reputation power.
5.Every 100 Reputation Points you earn will result in 1 Reputation Power.

Usage of Reputation Power[Do's and Don'ts]
1.Do NOT rep boost(Swap,Trade)
2.Do NOT start rep wars(-Reping repeatedly because of opinion,race,sex,ect.)
3.Do NOT use your Reputation power in any way that will violate any rule and/or agreements to this site.
4.Do NOT use reputation as currency or payment.

5.Do NOT post other Gamer Tags/Usernames Meant to Spam or Flame them.

7.Do NOT ask for the TTG community to sign up on other sites.
8.Do NOT post 1 sentence post as then it will count for spamming
