Well, that shows that maybe everything isn't totally sorted...

Just start Windows normally. See if you get a distinguishable BSOD error code next boot. If not, then go ahead and try a Startup Repair.

well doing start windows normally just caused it to reboot itself into the same menu so then I clicked launch start up repair which caused the BSOD to come up which says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and the stop code is 0x000000D1

Well, as I expected it's drivers causing the issue. Darn.

Are you able to boot into safe mode (Regular, With Networking or With Command Prompt)?

upon trying with command prompt I get Windows failed to load because a critical system driver is missing or corrupt status 0x0000221 file \windows\System32\Drivers\ntfs.sys
When trying networking I get the samething but with a different file. \windows\system32\DRIVERS\ql2300.sys
as of right now im sitting in the advanced boot options menu

any clue on how to proceed from here?

Your drivers seem pretty messed up, which is very annoying. In XP you could just copy the ntfs.sys file straight from the CD onto windows, but I'm not sure if you can do that through Windows 7.

Either go into Startup Repair, or use the Repair function on your Windows install disk, and open the Command Prompt like you did earlier.

Then type this command in:
'sfc /scannow'

This should hopefully find the corrupted files.

Well when I try to load my disk I get this File: CLFS.SYS STatus 0xc0000098

oddly enough while in bios I noticed my total memory has dropped maybe some of the ram chips are no longer wqorking? Also while im in it I have the motherboard ASus M5A97 LE R2.0 Bios version 210

Cpu is an AMD Phenom(tm)II x6 1045t

Eventually I was able to get the windows disk to load but I cant go to the repair menu instead of the install menu as it says This version of system recovery options is not compatible with the version of windows you are trying to repair. Try using a recovery disc that is compatible with this version of windows. So as of this moment im just stuck at the install screen. mind you I havent start or clicked anything just sitting here waiting,

Honestly, at this point, it's probably better for you just to burn another Windows 7 install disk (or a bootable USB drive) and re-install windows using the new install disk. The disk and install seem pretty problematic, with multiple .sys files not loading properly when booting.

As you mentioned RAM, take out some DIMM's, try with just one DIMM in, try with two, try with just another one in, see if it changes anything.

Alright after downloading a working copy of windows 7 and booting from the disk I get the BSOD I got earlier with the drivers DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL the stop code is 0x000000D1 Followed by (0x01000042, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x8EC323610
Additionally theres another code mcupdate.dll - Address 8EC32361 base at 8EC31000, DateStamp 4a5bbf89.

That being said havent gotten anywhere after that but everytime I boot up my PC I am given the option to both launch start up repair or launch windows normally to which launching normally has worked for the past 3 times any idea on what to do?

Edit: Restarting a fourth time caused it to go back to freezing.

Edit:2 Trying to go back and reinstall the new disc again no longer gave me the BSOD instead its acutally letting me install the version of windows will let you know how it goes.

Edit:3 alright after installing the new version of windows 7 It booted up and very quickly I saw a list the said please choose which version of windows 7 you would like to use and it didnt really give me a choice because it went to the windows boot manager menu that says it failed to start. Another new file \windows\system32\hal.dll

Edit4: Trying to go into safe mode just freezes my pc while trying to go into repair mode gives me a BSOD with stop code 0x0000007E

Alright so now I can not even get to new disk to work without the above mention BSOD error either. How can I go about to wipe my hardrive and reinstall so only one version of windows 7 is on it. Also what is causing the driver errors is it hardware related?
