GameStop/Target/Best Buy does not have one within 100 miles of me which irritates me.
If you want one that bad, just order online from gamestop, thats what i did and i got them in like 5 business days.

You have officially let Microsoft trick you into more shitty product.. Sorry to say mate
I think your very wrong bro, im not saying that because i have an elite controller but i did my research before dropping £120 on a controller. ill be the first to say that microsoft are cheap the base contorllers are awfully built but the elite controller is a different story
lets build a scuf that comapres to an elite controller.
1. A base scuff. (white and black are the same price) this has 4 paddles no triggers stops and you CANT remap the buttons whatsoever. thats £107
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Ok lets add just the paddle remapping thats £15.99 ontop so thats £123
3. lets add trigger stops like the xbox one elite controller. which is £12 so thats £135
4. the thumbsticks are hard to comapre because you cant change them on a scuf so lets go with the setup i have on my ELITE pad. each thumbstick is £5, so thats £150
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
5. The granit black buttons exectly like the elite pad £8 thats £178
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
So thats a total of
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
(before you say i suck a maths i rounded everything up)
This doesnt even include the extra dpad and thumbsticks and the travel case and the extra charge wire which scuff is offering for an extra £50 only this christmas. I think alot of people are blinded by pros using scufs that they bash on this controller but what people dont realise is scuf sends these controllers to pros for free. i know im rambling now but people are so blinded by what they see on the internet and its crazy. For £120 i think i got a bargin.

All this was totally uncessary, I was simply providing an un biased opinion, so basically you're atacking my opinion. Lmao okay, now to the point, my brother isn't in the whole "competitive gaming" scene, so he saw this new controller "the elite" and bought it, not knowing what a scuf was. I personally tried it, I fiddled around with all the removable and remppable buttons and I personally didn't like it, I didn't like where the paddles on the pack are positioned, because at times I clench in a gunfight and next thing I knew I was crouching and pulling out my combat knife whilst throwing a grenade.. Something which caught me a couple of times. After a while, the thumbsticks become loose, and they don't become "as sturdy".
Now because that is my opinion, I must agree the preset option on the elite is great, I wish scuf had that idea.
Now it's very common in today's society people thing "Awhh siq optic gaming use Astros and scufs and record with elgatos on a BenQ gaming monitor" true right? Well that's not me, I have two scufs and a bucket load of kontrol Freeks. Sure, it cost more? But to be honest, I would much rather spend the extra couple of dollars.

Its the other way around, you let these 2 bit companies into tricking you.
Microsofts product is better than both of those.
Are you mad? Is that why Scuf and Freaks is advertised on Events why do you think all the pro players use them. You don't see the elite controllers being used in events. Scuf Scuf scuf. That's the whole reason why Scuf controllers are promoted and bought more.

I admit most of the post was unnecessary but when you said your being un biased i disagree in your first post you basicly wrote off microsoft and the pad calling microsoft shitty and thats it. look very biased to me and the attacking of the opinion is a bit far dont you think?

You do realise that the pro circuit has nothing to do with xbox now. its all on the Playstation side so why would they start advertising an xbox only controller

Exactly my opinion - I'll restate what I said before but I'll reiterate in a different way to suit you.
In my opinion, Microsoft make shitty products and people are tricked into buying them. Nothing about that controller was original. I think the only thing Microsoft came up with in that controller was the presets.. But most modded controllers have a changeable presets to change from different modes.
My opinion. Not biased in anyway, I quite enjoy the Xbox one, I played 7 or so years on the 360 and I still do to be frank.

Mate i never once stated that microsoft were the original 'founder' of stuff like this. i certainly know that scuf wasnt either. The thing that got me ticked off is that fact you say i was 'tricked' into buying a product that is cheaper and better, you stated in an earlier post that you dont mind spending a couple of extra bucks on it but the fact is your spending like £70/£80 more sounds like your being tricked into buying a product because pros use them, if you think the parts on the elite contoller are cheap you are wrong, the pad itself has had and is still getting amazing reviews and write ups. Im not even saying that scuf are bad they are just overpriced for what you get.

I totally agree with you there. The reason scuf charges a high price is because it's used by pro players so they know they will get sales from the prices they charge. Like I said earlier I've got both a scuf and an elite contoller. And i would 100% say the elite is better. The whole feeling of the elite controller compared to the scuf is a lot better. I'm selling my scuf on eBay at the moment as I prefer the elite by miles. You can change the button layouts change the thumbsticks and d pad buttons around comes with a really nice carry case and it just feels expensive.
6/10 scuf
9/10 elite controller
