It appears that it's just more than one file (you've mentioned a LOT of files throwing up errors), which means that it really could be anything. I would recommend:

Trying to repair the new installation of Windows (since you may have created a new partition, and the MBR may be pointing somewhere other than the new OS).

Completely reformatting the drive (if you've not got many files you want to keep) and re-install windows.

Try booting into safe-mode on the new installation.

Trying RAM in different slots and taking RAM out and checking different DIMM's, RAM could be a factor.

Alright so how would I go about reformatting the whole drive. Theres litterally nothing on it I just bought it to install windows 7 on and get my pc working as I was told that the harddrive failing was the cause. Apparently not. So yeah. Again how would i go about reformating it.

Check your RAM

Specifics include: Who made them [RAM is sold in kits for a reason], Are they the same speed, are they in dual channel. I fixed it by replacing the RAM [1 stick was DOA] for most cases, but one case was a mobo defect and I sent for RMA. Test every slot, and test every dimm. [I built a few for some clients]

Check your MOBO connectors and Hardware

Anything could be failing. From a simple GPU issue to a motherboard issue. While I don't think this is the case, make sure that everything is secure and plugged in. Tidy up the case [Cable manage, its possible ive done it with a prebuilt case. Change Sata cables] and dust it all out. A computer doesn't just fail like this from a windows os issue. Everything can be fixed if you take your time. I would recommend you try windows 10 as its OK and very easy to install. It also has a supported USB setup that allows a windows 10 install using your 8.1 or 7 key. Must be a genuine retail not OEM key.

Try an SSD or trusted HDD. You can get a 240gig SSD for as low as $50, with atleast 450+ read and write. It could be a complete coincidence that you got a bad HDD purchase. Install windows using a USB flashdrive and follow bios to make the flash the 1st boot. Follow the setup and pick the HDD to slap the windows files on.

I highly doubt that its a GPU, CPU, or motherboard issue. It leans more to the RAM, Hard drive, and even the power supply.

Alright so first off let me start by saying as soon as I can I am going to format the drive now that I know I went to start windows normally and its saying its back to completing the installation either way if that works or not i'm going to reformat because I somehow did create 2 partitions of the same windows 7 and I dont know how to remove. Anyhow as far as the ram goes 2 are 4gb red viper chips that were sold together as far as the other 2 go one is a 1gb chip by samsung planet free the other is a 2gb chip by the same manufacturer. I took those two out left the other 2 in and made sure that they are in the same slots. as far as the psu goes that could be it not entirely sure I remember when my mate first gave it to me after building he said it required a higher psu but worked fine. I dont remember how much bigger a psu the one I have now is a lepa n500 watt psu as far as I can tell as far as the cords go everything is managed and together while leaving a bunch of room and not being messy either. As far as dust goes theres some noticible dust in certain areas in others barely any. Granted the computers been messed up for 2 months i havent cleaned it all much. But I was cleaning it once or twice a week before this happened. Would clean now but Dont get paid until friday and even then it will have to wait another week as ive been on medical leave and will be getting barely any this week and what i do get barely covers bills. as far as the install goes it seems to be working now. Then again so did the old one until I rebooted ill let you guys now. Im not very tech savvy and only built 2 pcs but with the help of my mate. He is no longer here but i have cntacted him hoping to hear from him soon but Guess I wont know for sure.

Alright so it may or may not of been my ram. Honestly no clue because after I removed the other ram chips I did get a couple more freezes and BSOD. Oddly enough though other then that I have been able to get my pc to boot everytime. I have since updated it added security and pretty much all the essential things I use as well. I am hesitant to restart again since it has been hours since my last restart and all the hassle I went through earlier does have me worried. But since I had no problems for a while no I see no reason why I should be. The only problem i'm having now is that out of my HDD which is a 3tb on 2tb shows up I have no problem its just my OCD telling me something is wrong. The two seperate partitions of windows 7 are no longer there oddly enough it seems it was just a duplicate not really there. Though as I mentioned above only 2tb of 3 show. I dont mean that its being used its not it says i have 2 tb free of 2tb not 2tb free of 3tb. I did notice in my repair menu on the boot of the cd there is an empty partition of 700GB just sitting there completely empty. What should I do should I leave it be? Please respond when ever possible as of now i'm content if it gets problematic again ill let you guys know on my next update oh well time for a night unless theres still help awake if its neeeded
