Managers get paid a dollar or two more per hour than the employees. Where I live it only pays 9 dollars an hour (It will be min. wage really soon)

My names is Jason and I am 21. I always wanted to be graphic designer from an early age, although I realized how much fun would it be sitting in an office all day. When I turned 16 I did an internship with my local fire department. At 18 I attended college for my Associates in Fire Science and at 20 I landed a full time job on my local fire department. Pretty exciting stuff.

Ok, I'm 22 years old. I work in construction as a roofer. My average was weekly is 300 GBP. so monthly that's 1200...my brother works in McDonalds. And he pulls out 1600. And all he does is flip burgers and cook fries. As a roofer. You can imagine half of the things I have to do manually.
