there's no need to make a post just to ask those questions. you could easily pm someone about this such as any modder. but to answer your question there are no money drops or mods for gta v on xbox one. you could purchase a pre made account from someone. and there may be money glitches but youtube is your friend search it up on there.

There is a method to quick replay the Pac Stan. Heist on XB1, but you gotta becareful cause you can be frozen from hosting it anymore, I'm sure someone on here can be more detailed on how it's done, good luck, bye.
