whats the best drink before a the gym? Any suggestions.

I think protein shakes are the best drinks to have.

Depends on what you are wanting to do. Looking to gain mass I wouldnt be drinking a shake before your workout but after.

Really depends on what you're talking about. What do you do in the gym? Lift the 5 lbs weights with the women? Run on the treadmill? Bench press? Also what are you trying to do? Lose weight? Gain muscle?

How much time do you have before the gym?

If possible you want to try eating something maybe an hour or so before?

If not and you're doing weights when at the gym, look into buying a pre-workout.

Take 20-30 minutes, if you've never had one before you'll feel it for sure.

Would recommend 'NO Xplode' or 'ON Gold Standard Pre Workout'

I always eat something light before the gym, as you can't go hungry.

Creatine is good before the workout also.
