Hi,
I'm English so I don't really know much about American politics, I've been seeing a lot of news about the presidential race & the likes of Clinton & Trump are among those.
My question is, why can't Barack Obama run again? I understand it's in your constitution or what not, but surely if he's doing an ok job (which from an outsider he looks like he is)
why replace him?

There are term limits. One person can only be President for two terms, which is a total of 8 years.
There is an election every 4 years, but after someone has served their two terms, they can't run again.
George Washington resigning his Presidency after 8 years is what separated us from the British.

There is no exception to the 22nd amendment of the Constitution.
