Whenever I buy games from the US store I go to the US Microsoft website and purchase Gift cards in USD then redeem the code on my xbox, also remember the US store does not include VAT on the prices.. For a £55 game it will be just under $41 including VAT. If you know how to buy from Russia or Korea then prices are around £25 for a brand new release.

Both from the microsoft store and buy changinging the region at the bottom of the page to what region you want. I'd use google chrome to auto translate the page though. Also for korea you can buy them from play asia.

Yes if your using a credit/debit card then your bank will exchange it for you.. paying with paypal normally has the cheapest conversion rates unless you have a halifax clarity card which then it is free.
