Why do people need to bump their stickys 10 times a day to be on the top ? It's not a race ..
I thought there was a 5 day rule

I do agree with this, but obviously the owner wants to make money, but it still should be restricted or your post at least getting deleted. I remember seeing a sticky owner who had 5 or 6 posts in a row of them just constantly bumping (not going to name any names)

People are going to see it anyway, it's a sticky. They shouldn't really need to bump it.

Sticky owners are allowed to bump every 24 hours. Replying to someone isn't considered bumping or spamming. Scott has pointed this out a lot and I do agree but honestly there's nothing that can be done unless staff themselves see it.

They pay enough for it.
Let them spam who cares.
The more people buy from stickies (no offense to any "non-sticky hoster) the less scamming.

Excessive bumping isn't advertising
Its annoying and makes you look desperate

I've spent $150 gifting people on the site but you don't see me or anyone else that's GG/+ using that as an excuse to spam. Having a sticky doesn't grant you any immunity to rules. The same goes for anyone who has a special badge, rank or even staff. Everyone has to follow the rules of the site, exceptions are made where appropriate. Putting money into the site is great, it's supporting TTG and you're helping the community -- but that doesn't give you a pass to spam or bypass any other rules.

I don't spam either.
But sticky owners are trying to make a profit.
Thats there purpose.
Im not saying they should break the rules and do it.
But if it was okay with staff I wouldn't see it as a problem.
