I've attempted to put together multiple chats and clans for this game on world 9 however not much interest has drummed up.

I think they just want a FC to join to find others from TTG. Since your a mod you should probably be the one to make one, if you could sticky it and make it an official thing. Make an account called something like TTG FC(RS RRG, TTG RS) so everyone can just chill and have mods who police it and a KOS list for scammers etc so people aren't getting scammed in the chat so people don't get turned off by it
