I have a question, how long does it take for the ghouls to respawn?

Sorry for the late response, if you save the game before you enter and reload the games they will re-spawn instantly. I have heard if you have already done through this part already they may not re-spawn.

If you're reloading the save, it doesn't save the thing you had before. It isn't really a farm.
