my girlfriend and I share one xbox and she bought elder scrolls online premium
but when I started playing it on my profile, I did not get the option to pick imperial race, and when I go to the imperial bonus I have it downloaded.
any help?

Things like that are account bound and not available to everyone using the Xbox.
