I'm considering buying a 1990 Nissan R32 Skyline GTR, It's completely bone stock but car guys will know it's premade racecar lol. It's up for $20,000 and I can purchase it next paycheck. I have driven a few GTR's as far as a 1992 and a 2015 and I absolutely love them. I will want to put engine mods in this car (Yes I know what the hell I'm doing as i've worked in multiple auto shops along with building drift cars like my old 240sx,LS1 Swapped Civic hatchback, and my Datsun 280zx.)
But I want to know if there is any other R32 owners on this site that could give a little advice on what they have done to theirs and what the potential of this car would be.

Skylines are imported from Japan and those plates are Japanese ones, The guy hasn't transferred the plates yet as he wants to sell the car

If by bag you mean lower it then possibly, I would only do maybe a 3" drop on it.
