Like for example putting up players to be bought or getting a mule account and then transferring the coins or another method?

None, both are ways to get banned. For example, if you buy the account with coins on it, your going to list bronze players and buy them for max price, same thing goes for a player auction where they just tell you to list a player. But if I were you, I woils do player auction, it's faster.

Buying coins has not been a high target for bans this year by the looks of it.
