Im looking to build a gaming PC soon but I am not so good with finding what parts to use I am looking to play games like CS:GO and Elder Scrolls online

Got the option to OC a little if you decide you want to. I'd take the 380 over a 960, but if you really want an NVidia card, you can get this instead;

OP, if you don't want to max out your budget, then Buxtyy's build would be the best. If you don't mind spending extra for nice features like modular PSU cables, ATX motherboard etc then the build I suggested would have those.
