Hi there.
I'm thinking of getting BO3 for Christmas for the Xbox one but my internet runs on 36MBPS is that good enough to have atleast a 3bar when I play online for a better experience?

My cousin plays on 20mbps and he actually plays on 4 Bar connection. I guess it just really depends if you are gonna be the only one connected.

Yes absolutely.
I have 38 Mbps and it runs smooth as hell. I'd definitely get it You should only be worried if you have less than 5.

My brother uses Netflix all the time at home and my sister is always on her phone. This is never an issue for me, my internet handles it absolutely fine.
So your 36 Mbps should effectively handle multiple Netflix, gaming, and surfing all at the same time.

If you haven't already, connect your Xbox One up via an ethernet cable.
If you're using a wireless connection, that can heavily reduce the speed/signal of your connection. You will also notice a huge difference when gaming on a wired connection.
