So I try to get a custom plate but when I go on the iFruit app, and try to personalise my online characters cars, it comes up with my old cars from the Xbox 360 instead of my cars from the Xbox one. How do I get my current cars up. Will Rep if you help

Doesn't matter. Turns out I didn't change to the xboxone account. Thanks for your help and I will still rep you for trying helping anyway
