So it's been happening since pretty much the release of MCC all the way into H5. I lag, a lot, for no reason. I have 56~ down and 5 up with around an 8 ping majority of the time. Which shouldn't really matter. I also have my ports forwarded for my Xbox and an Open NAT. The thing that frustrates me is when I blackscreen pretty much all game every game. Blackscreening means that on my screen everybody is just running into walls and the timer for the game isn't moving, but on other peoples screens, who aren't lagging, I am walking into a wall. Just wondered if anybody else had this issue and knew a fix for it. Because I've been told its my ISP throttling my P2P activities. Which if thats the case there is really nothing I can do.

This is the actual first time hearing of this, don't know anything that'll help. Did you try Google it? But good luck getting it fixed.

Yeah I've tried everything imaginable man. Tons of people on halowaypoint complain about it and it seems to be primarily Time Warner Cable customers. But 343 said it isn't on their end so it has to be our ISP doing something to make us lag. It's really annoying though =[
