Just an update:
I went into my PC and cleaned up the cabling and changed the position of the CPU cooler so it was back facing ram and fan facing exhaust fan. I ran benchmarks on OC MSI and now GPU only goes max 78C and CPU about 60c under heavy load. I just needed to move around the wires and fan

With MSI Afterburner, have you set up a custom fan curve? Because that can make a huge difference.

Yeah I set it quite aggressive, 100% fan speed for 75 degrees I think.

What would you recommend?

0% fan speed until like 50*c at least, is what I'd suggest. Between 50/60*c, to about 70/80*c have the fans ramp up, then you have a silent card at idle and the fans will just come on to cool the card down when it starts getting toasty.
