I have tried all the solutions that where posted last night, but I still have a issue, I just reset the xbox to factory defaults because nothing else was working, but I still cant buy gold, I have 2 accounts, on 1 account I can buy gold, but on the other 1 it says use a different way to pay? I am already ticked that I had to reset to factory defaults because I loose all game stats, mehhhhhh... what is causing this, also I have spent $30 now trying to get "GOLD" ugh, I bought gold on one of my other accounts to see if would work and sure enough it did, then I went to my other account and tried it hoping it would, but no luck so then I spend $20 xbox gift card, and it has it blacked out, sooo here I am again, what to do, I want to play, and I haven't had live now for 1 week PLEASE help me!

try going on the account you bought gold for on your Xbox then press the home Xbox feature and that should share the gold on all the accounts on the xbox

Have you tried contacting billing support? Sounds more like an issue with your account and not a messed up setting on your xbox.
