To put it simply.. No.

Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Same price as yours with a better quad core processor, graphics card and psu and an SSD. You can just pirate the OS or get it for really cheap on g2a

To be honest I would spend the money on a Skylake i3 purely so you are on the platform ready with DDR4, so that if you need more performance you can just slot in an i5 down the line. I didn't include an operating system as there is really no need to buy one, you can torrent Windows 7 then get the free upgrade to 10 all properly activated.

The only part I would change if it were me would be the case, but I assumed you liked it as you included it in your original build.

If you want a skylake you could go for this. Obviously its going to have a weaker graphics card because skylake is going to be more expensive but you'll be on the new platform and could swap graphics cards when you have the money however the 950 isn't terrible. Some games including far cry 4 are dropping support for duel core processors so this is a quad core

Since your original rig was $660, I'm sure you can manage this;

XFire support so you can easily add a 2nd 380 at any point.

Z170 board so when you upgrade you have Overclocking capabilities, if you don't need them get the board Biebs suggested.

No reason to spend the extra $$ for the Strix 380 IMO, I'd just grab the $15 cheaper, Gigabyte option. However, I would suggest spending the extra for even a cheap MSI/AsRock Z170 board, this will give you OC capabilities and those i3's have been doing pretty well with not super high end coolers from what I've seen.
