Well i have a PS4 and i bought a known well game called Black ops 3! And i got the code off amazon with my debit card that had $120 and i bought the Seasonpass + Black ops 3 and as i checked my email it didnt give me anything D: its been a day now as i contacted amazon and they didnt respond untill today and they said "you didnt order anything as i checked my email i bought it though. And i have $20 left! D: Can somebody help? I have a ps4. Anybody extra code or any help will help alot thanks guys! >3

Show them receipt order/transaction ID if you show them you brought it through your credit card they should give you a refund or something
