When black ops 1 come out will my friend be able to download the DLC i have since we game share and he usually gets everything i have on my account?

For xbox one, everything that he has on the xbox 360 will be transfered over, however, if he licensed transfered the DLC he will not have it unless you license transfer it again, or he buys it.

To my knowledge all DLC that has been transferred between accounts works as well. My buddy had Borderlands 1 digitally and I got it from him and had all the DLCs as well.

I was not aware of how the license transfering worked, thank you for informing me as well.

I wouldn't quote me on this though, I had a hard copy of Borderlands on my 360 at one point and if I recall correctly I only had bought one of the 4 DLCs, and on Xbox One I had all 4. So I just assumed that I got the other 3 from his transfer.

Yeah he never transferred me anything on the 360 so I think you should be good.
