Why does it appear black. before, it was a dark grey with a light grey contrast

Your computer has turned Goth. I would recommend downloading 'Coffin Fodder' by Cradle of Filth. It will get your computer through the rough times it's having.

This is standard for windows 10. The tasks are in black and the taskbar settings for a pin on your taskbar are dark grey.
