I don't think so, many people tell me they do not receive the error message that is required to duplicate the prestige on xbox.

I got the error message once on Xbox One. But the prestige and level didn't stick although the emblem/title and clan tag did? This could be a possible lead to it working on Xbox One, maybe the timing is a little different?
