Yes, they could kill millions in a densely populated area, but it's impossible to kill us all at once with 1 nuke.

In all honesty I think you would be surprised about the area some Nukes could be able to cover. (Not hating on you or anything but it's possible.)

You'd be surprised out how underwhelmed you'll be when you take a look at the actual blast radius of a nuke.

To be able to sneak a nuclear bomb into the united states would be an achievement, considering how big it would have to be, to create as much destruction as possible.

If, hypothetically, such incident occurred, we would do none the less but send our troops, tanks, special forces, jets, helicopters, and etc.. to go and wipe out ISIS. Sure you can say we are already doing that, but think of how we would react if a nuke went off on U.S. soil and ISIS claimed they did it. More aggressively than what's the norm over there at the moment. Possibly resulting in a great war. But of course we have to remember there is no greater threat than an attack as deadly as a nuclear assault from an organization spread out internationally, hiding within the borders of friendly states. It would make it very difficult to apprehend all the supporters /or terrorists.

Either way it would be devastating, and the outcomes are unpredictable, just a theory of mine of what is likely to happen if such an event occurred.

Even if they had nuclear power which they don't, they would have a really really really hard time sneaking it in the United States

Your history teacher sounds like he shouldn't have a teaching degree.
I 100% doubt isis will be able to "nuke us all"
