Me and my friend have been trying to figure out how to make a server on Xbox 360. If anyone could help I'd gladly +rep you. Thanks for the help if possible been trying to figure this out for a while. Thanks!

The Xbox 360 version is very limiting, it hasn't been updated in a while and like most console games you don't tend to create your own server opposed to lobbies that are hosted by Valve/the CS:GO team.

There's no way at all you can.
Since you can't forcefully put yourself into your own server
