Sorry about the bland title, I wasn't sure what to put! Anyways, my mom is trying to buy my brothers a new PC as part of a christmas gift (At this point its going to be late obviously, but that doesn't matter to them.) She isn't very sound financially, and would like to pay monthly for a computer. My question is, does anyone have any experience paying monthly for a PC? If so, where did you go to get it? (Website/store). We live in the United States, east coast. Any feedback is welcome!

What would the PC be used for?
I would not get a pre-built as that would be a waste of money.
A cheap little $300 PC should do for some web browsing and light gaming. It could be a bit cheaper also. Would you be willing to build one as it would be cheaper than paying monthly?
