So recently i bought a domain and hosting, I fill out the information and then pay for the package.

I go back to order page and it doesnt take me anywhere.
I look at my email and paypal and BOOM payment was taken out, But the page didnt say i completed it.
support tells me to delete cache and try a new browers so i do,
Then i cant access the page because the package was bought already but i have no access to it,
Support is taking years to respond in chat. They tell me the package was deleted due to no payment, But the payment was taken out of my paypal. They tell me to contact sales team, When i do that, I have to wait 24 hours.

This is why i hate buying domain and hosting due to their support and buggy website.

Another one is where they charged me $120 for something i didnt even order and i didnt notice til i log into paypal and it says failed invoice. Like Cmon websites!

Yeah and i hate how they cant just cancel the payment or resend it back within a reasonable hour. Not 24 hours. I swear if they dont refund me, Im going to be mad.

I filed a dispute on paypal for one, hopefully it works out good. But i mean its not like i spent alot of money for the packages, but if your going to charge me 120$ for something i have no idea for, Your not going to get it lol.

Waited 24 hours just to get a email: "The order failed and so the payment. If you want this domain, you can try to re-order by visiting our site. Have a great day!"

But my money wasnt refunded, AGAIN.

I've had experiences like this with server hosting etc. Try GoDaddy for domains. They are pretty good in my opinion!
