Well I'm using horizon to mod 2k16 on the 360 I've gave myself 9 mill fans but try to do the same with my skill points but only my fans show up and not the skill points

I believe this is because you haven't switched your "VC" to skill points. As you mod it in Horizon, you notice is says "SP" instead of "VC". To switch your VC to SP, simply go offline on your account and continue to play the campaign without an internet connection, it will then ask you if you'd like to switch your VC to skill points when loading up your career. Switching over does have its back draws tho. I've modded my game through Horizon as well and I think that may be the problem. Hope this helped.
